Ninh Binh to Mai Chau: Hidden Waterfall & Nature Transfer

08:00 AM – Hotel Pickup in Ninh Binh Our guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Tam Coc, Trang An, or Ninh Binh City. We start our journey to the northwest mountains.

09:30 AM – Discover Suoi Gio Waterfall After a scenic drive, we arrive at the hidden gem of Ninh Binh – Suoi Gio Waterfall.

Take a short walk through the green forest to reach the waterfall.

Enjoy the fresh air and the sound of falling water.

You can swim in the natural, crystal-clear rock pools. This is a great way to refresh your body before heading to the high mountains.

11:30 AM – Local Lunch by the Stream Enjoy a delicious lunch with local specialties at a nearby stilt house. The food is fresh and prepared in the traditional way of the local people.

01:00 PM – Drive to Mai Chau Valley We leave Ninh Binh and drive through the beautiful mountain passes. You will see the landscape change from limestone karst to the high mountains of Hoa Binh province.

We will stop at Thung Khe Pass (White Stone Pass) for a panoramic view of Mai Chau valley from above. It is a perfect spot for photos.

03:30 PM – Explore Mai Chau Village (Lac & Pom Coong) Arrive in Mai Chau, a peaceful valley home to the White Thai ethnic people.

We take an easy walk or a bicycle ride around Lac and Pom Coong villages.

See the traditional stilt houses and watch local women weaving beautiful colorful brocade fabrics.

Breathe the fresh air of the rice fields and enjoy the quiet life of the countryside.

05:00 PM – Trip Ends We drop you off at your hotel/homestay in Mai Chau.
